Joy Bray, founder and president, has almost thirty years of experience in the travel, promotional products, and event planning industries.  Overseeing the vision, management and strategic planning of the company, she has led the organization from a domestic-based agency to an international agency with a global footprint.

Kelly Toal, Co-Founder and Travel Manager, has over thirty years of travel industry experience and has worked with Joy for almost thirty years. Kelly has been with Chi-Chi since the day it opened in April of 2003. She specializes in corporate and international travel and is willing to go above and beyond for her customers.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Myra Rowan, Sales Manager, joined Chi-Chi in 2007 as an event planner with several regional awards already on her resume. Being the seasoned traveler that she is, it didn’t take her long to incorporate travel and promotions into her role. Today she helps Chi-Chi engage new clients and maintain ongoing customer relationships.

Heather Boever received her Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Missouri. She joined Chi-Chi in 2008 and has over 14 years of experience in the industry. Heather enjoys making travel arrangements for clients, whether for business or leisure. She looks forward to helping clients find the perfect vacation or making their business trip go as smoothly as possible.

ALLISON ROE

PROJECT MANAGER

Allison joined the Chi-Chi, LLC team as a Project Manager in 2018. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and brings those design skills with her. With previous event planning experience, Allison works cross-departmentally to give clients the best service possible. No matter what your needs are, Allison is ready to hit the ground running.

CHI-CHI, LLC is in the historic Central West End in the Left Bank Books building at the corner of McPherson and N. Euclid Avenues.

We are a progressive company in our seventeenth year, that prides itself in servicing clients virtually all over the world. We are successful in the travel business because of our experienced travel advisors and having diversified our marketing plan. We specialize in corporate, incentive, and leisure travel; meeting planning and special events; along with ad specialty and promotional marketing. Because we have expanded our services, we are unique and have been able to overcome obstacles that come with being in the travel industry.

At Chi-Chi, we feel our staff are valuable assets in our day to day business. We take pride in our quality of work and making sure that our clients are satisfied with the highest quality in products and services. As a team at Chi-Chi, we feel that “quality” is measured by accuracy, completeness, and employee satisfaction. Producing accurate work is one of the top driving factors of our ethos at Chi-Chi. Completeness, to us, is having all the requirements and components present to fulfill our services. Employee satisfaction is what we consider the first step towards customer satisfaction.

We feel it is paramount that our staff be happy with their jobs. When our staff is satisfied, it shows through the service they provide for our clients.
